Frequently Asked Questions
The App Isn't Making Any Sound
If the app isn't making any sound you probably have sound muted on your iPad or iPhone. Really.
The mute switch doesn't effect videos or music, so you'll still be able to hear those. But games
and others apps (like our apps) won't be able to produce sound.
To unmute your device, you can just flick the physical switch next to the volume knob... ...unless, of course, you've changed your settings to use that switch as an orientation-lock. If you've done that you'll need to go back into the Settings app, change the meaning of the physical switch, and then unmute your device. If you're confused by this (we sure are), you can read a more detailed explaination at Smartphones 101. They even have diagrams. Back to top Restoring an App that was Accidentally Deleted

If you have the language set to phonics or the maximum word length set to something lower than 8, you will see fewer words. To see all the words, you should use the "Letter Names" language setting and set the maximum word length to 8.

If one of your App Store purchases didn't complete, you should make the purchase again from the same account.
Apple will not charge you twice for an iOS app. When you try again, make sure you are at a location with a strong
Internet connection. If the download fails a second time, you could try rebooting your iOS device and retrying.
